SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via SingPost, FedEx or DHL. Standard shipping within Singapore over US$50 is free. International shipping rates for orders US$100 and below, shipping will be US$20.00. For orders $100.00 USD and above, DHL express shipping will be free.
Kindly allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments will be shipped via SingPost, DHL Express or FedEx, varies depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Singapore, Malaysia & PO Boxes, will be shipped via SpeedPost. You will receive a notification email containing of your shipment details with tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with SingPost, FedEx or DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products
Custom authorities have implemented the rule that we state the value of your order directly on your parcel. As a result, custom agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, in which they may also delay delivery, rarely.
We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Subt!e. If you are you not satisfied for any reason, we would be delighted to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise. However, Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.
Returns have to postmarked and mailed within 30 days from the date of purchase with original copy of receipt. Goods must not be worn and tags should be attached in original packaging, if applicable
International returns that are refused by customs to pay duties and taxes will be subject to an additional $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To avoid any delays in processing, please include the original packaging list with your return. Our warehouse will process the return once the package arrives and you will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your return.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
SALES TAX
All orders shipping to a Singapore address are subject to a 7% GST tax fee. All orders shipping to an address outside Singapore, are not subject to 7% GST tax.
