Kindly allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments will be shipped via SingPost, DHL Express or FedEx, varies depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Singapore, Malaysia & PO Boxes, will be shipped via SpeedPost. You will receive a notification email containing of your shipment details with tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders placed for overnight service before 12:00 PM SGT, will be dispatched out the same day, with a tracking number, and will arrive the following day at 11:00 AM SGT (excluding holidays and weekends). Saturday delivery is not available for this selected service.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Kindly please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express, which typical estimated delivery would be within 3-7 business days from date of shipment being dispatched.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All chargeable customs and import duties, fees and taxes responsibility are to be taken by the customer. We ship your parcel DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the GST (Goods & Services Tax), duties and/or taxes. We are not able to predict the charges that may be incurred. If your order incurs any of these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear the custom declarations. Some countries incur additional fees on Collect on Delivery (COD), which are to be paid to the local carrier and are not liable to Subt!e.
Custom authorities have implemented the rule that we state the value of your order directly on your parcel. As a result, custom agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, in which they may also delay delivery, rarely.
